My practice focuses on teen boys & men, couples, divorce, adults of all ages, and seniors.
My Background and Approach
I believe developing a good rapport is the key to successful therapy. I use a variety of approaches to help clients tell their stories, learn new coping strategies, and work towards their goals. I use Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness practices to help clients learn to lower their anxiety, control their anger, and manage their depression. We are all a product of how we were raised, but early childhood experiences do not have to define us. It is useful to understand how our upbringing impacts current behaviors. Through therapy, we can become better versions of ourselves, with insight and intention. I offer a safe and supportive environment and bring decades of life experience to every session.
