I’m Tolulope Kolawole, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 19 years of healthcare experience. I specialize in treating adolescents, adults, and seniors dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance abuse. I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and alternative treatments to create holistic, patient-centered care plans. I am licensed to practice in Texas, New York, and New Jersey, and hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood and supported on their journey toward mental well-being.
