About My Clients
Do you find yourself feeling distant or disconnected, that you want to be closer but just can't make it happen? Or do you feel like you can never be close enough and being separate causes you distress? Do you want more out of your relationships, romantically or intimately? By coming to understand and embrace your core makeup, you'll be able to deepen your relationships with friends, family, and partners, whether monogamous or non-monogamous.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, sex-positive, and rooted in the belief that healing comes from embracing authenticity rather than striving for perfection. I draw from relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed perspectives, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re exploring identity, navigating relationships, processing grief, or reclaiming healthy sexuality, I work to create a nonjudgmental space where curiosity, compassion, and courage guide the process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a space to show up fully as yourself—messy, complicated, beautiful, and human. I see healing as reclaiming parts of ourselves we’ve been taught to hide, whether that’s our queerness, sexuality, desires, or the ways we love. I’m drawn to working with people who feel on the margins—queer, kinky, poly, or simply those who’ve been told they’re “too much” or “not enough.” My belief is that therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about creating space to slow down, honor your story, and reconnect with your own wisdom. I trust that growth happens through compassion, curiosity, and courage.
