About My Clients
I work with people who think deeply, feel intensely, and carry a lot, including creative professionals, high achievers who are stretched thin, entrepreneurs and founders, Jewish communal professionals, and adults navigating fertility journeys. My ideal clients are thoughtful, sensitive, and ambitious, and are looking for a therapist who "gets" the complexity of their inner world. If you’re juggling pressure, identity, big emotions, and burnout, you’ll feel at home with me.
My Background and Approach
I’m an NYU-trained therapist with a warm, relational, and engaged style. I’m not a distant “mhmm, tell me more” therapist, and I’m not going to push quick fixes or worksheets at you. I show up as a real human: curious, grounded, and fully present. My work blends AEDP, psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and CBT/DBT skills to help you understand your patterns, feel more connected to yourself, and move through the world with less pressure and more clarity. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of your emotional landscape, and create steady change from the inside out. My goal is to offer a space where you can finally stop performing, breathe, and be met exactly where you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people are shaped by the communities, identities, and stories they come from, and that therapy works best when those layers are welcomed into the room. I value curiosity, compassion, and the idea that emotional depth isn’t something to hide. Outside of therapy, I compose musicals, produce music, cook elaborate meals, spend time with my family and dog, and stay connected to the arts communities that have nurtured me for years. I care about equity, mental health access, and the well-being of marginalized groups. I’m not here to judge or preach—I’m here to understand who you are, what shaped you, and what you value. My hope is that clients feel free to bring their full selves, identities, and questions into our work together.
