We offer a range of evidenced-based therapy including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) - or as we like to refer to them, Three Letter Acronym modalities.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group: a skills group teaching techniques to break out of rigid thinking patterns and cognitive distortions. Sessions build on each other and offer opportunities for feedback and practice. Wednesdays 12-1 p.m. run by Laura Twersky, LCSW Cost: $50 per week, 8 week commitment
DBT "Lite" Group: This is a skills group which covers mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness as taught in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Fridays 9:30-11:00 a.m & Saturdays 10-11:30am run by the TLA Therapy team (rotation) Cost: $75 per week, 9 week commitment
