My Background and Approach
My life journey has always followed a path leading to healing. I've always had a knack for being in touch with my emotions and empathizing with others. I've dealt with years of feeling like an outsider or outcast. I am no stranger to adversity, and I believe it ends up shaping our strength and character. I aim to have my clients to feel as though they belong in the world and have gifts to share with it. From our first session on, I begin painting a mental picture of what your life story is and how it impacts the way you show up in the world today. You'll feel humanized in this process, and hopefully begin to feel peace, acceptance, and empowerment along the way. The therapeutic alliance is incredibly important to me and the way I approach my healing work. I hope to generate spaces of safety, vulnerability, and courage.

I believe in grace, forgiveness, compassion, and patience. I believe in holding space for anybody needing guidance in navigating life's waters.
