About My Clients
I love working with young adults who are seeking more authenticity, joy, and freedom in their lives. The world teaches us to keep parts of ourselves hidden because society doesn't believe these parts are worthy of being seen, but I want to help you reclaim these parts of yourself and experience the joy and freedom that comes from living into your most authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of San Diego (San Diego, CA) and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from George Fox University (Portland, OR). I have experience working with those struggling with addictions and eating disorders and feel great compassion for those struggling with these issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we find freedom when we allow ourselves to show our true selves to the world. My goal is to help people find more freedom in their lives. I support people of all races, religions, gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship types.
