About My Clients
I specialize in helping individuals and families overcome challenging emotions, difficult life transitions, and everyday stressors. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from a person centered, neurodivergent affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming lens. I am passionate about helping people bring about the change they desire at their pace.
My Background and Approach
Understanding that my clients bring a lot to the table fosters a cohesive environment to work with them through this process. Throughout my career I have provided outpatient counseling services, intensive in-home services as well as school based services. My approach to therapy is simple: To provide a trauma informed, strengths-based, person centered therapeutic approach, tailored to each individual and/or family. Building relationships with my clients is the foundation in moving toward their goals. I consider myself a quirky therapist; I have fun and find humor in the most challenging and tense times.
