About My Clients
Anchored in Love Wellness and Consulting, LLC aims to serve couples who are dating, engaged, married, or considering separation or divorce to achieve relational healing and healthier relationships. We serve clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and racial backgrounds. Every couple relationship is unique, designed to Be Anchored in Love; but when concerns appear in your relationship, your heart tells you it is time to renew your connection, rebuild your bond, and restore your relationships.
My Background and Approach
Our work together aids in empowering couples, individuals, and families to overcome personal obstacles to improve their relationships. Utilizing clinically tested and evidence-based interventions, I seek to secure long-term solutions to a wide variety of relationship issues leading people to become happier with themselves and the lives they have created. I've dedicated the last 12 years to learning and understanding relationships, specializing in couple relationships. Trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), I have a strong commitment to strengthening couples’ connections, helping partners open up with each other, & build/rebuild or revive their relationship bond. I also implement my military counseling experience with clients who experience challenges with relational conflict, communication, infidelity, parenting, and work/life balance issues.
