Many of those I work with have either tried therapy before and found their experience a bit too passive or they feel that they’ve tried it all and just need more creative and unique strategies that fit their life.
My Background and Approach
I use a collaborative approach because I believe that my clients are the most knowledgeable about what is realistic for them. With couples I provide a safe and unbiased space to overcome issues with communication, connection, trust, conflict resolution, and parenting concerns. I also just love that I get to do what I do
