My Background and Approach
I can assist you in gaining a new perspective by utilizing my training in solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strength-based approaches all geared toward allowing you to heal at your pace. I have experience with addressing concerns of aging, neglect/abuse, anxiety, depression, and grief, among others. I utilize skills and strategies from approaches such as cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavior therapy (DBT). I hope to assist you in developing new strategies to develop a new world view. My goal is to assist you in finding the road to healing at a pace that is comfortable for you. I want to help you process what’s been holding you back, what’s keeping you from being the best you!
