About My Clients

I strongly believe that we all have the answers we are seeking within ourselves and that our work is to drown out the noise and connect deeply to our inner knowing. If you have an appetite for self growth and the courage to do deep inner work, I am the therapist for you.

My Background and Approach

As a former lawyer and child of Indian immigrants, I am passionate about supporting people through difficult life situations, including bicultural identity formation, acculturative stress on the parent-child relationship, low self-esteem, difficulties with interpersonal relationships, career challenges, and/or life transitions. I use an eclectic and intuitive approach that blends several disciplines, including somatic experiencing, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and internal family systems, among others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health issues in the South Asian and other immigrant communities.
