About My Clients
Maybe you've been holding everything together for so long that you're not even sure how you're doing anymore. You show up for everyone around you, but there's little space left for you — and asking for help feels uncomfortable, maybe even unnecessary. You might be dealing with anxiety, depression, a major life change, or tension in your family. Or you might be somewhere in between two worlds — navigating what it means to be bicultural, balancing traditional expectations with who you're becoming.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, acculturation, immigration, trauma, and family conflict — with a focus on Asian and Asian-American adults. I'm bilingual in English and Cantonese, and culturally informed beyond surface-level sensitivity. My style is collaborative and supportive — but I'll gently challenge you when it serves your growth. Reaching out can feel like a big step — especially if you've never had a space where you felt truly heard. You don't need the right words or know exactly what you need. That's what we figure out together. My goal: for you to feel less alone in it. If something here resonated, I'd love to connect. A free 15-minute consultation is a great place to start.
