About My Clients
I work with adults who feel deeply, think a lot, and often carry more than people can see. You may look like you are holding things together, but inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship stress, identity questions, ADHD, autistic traits, overthinking, or shutting down. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, understand what keeps repeating, and feel more connected to yourself.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I work with clients by slowing things down, noticing patterns, and making space for what has been hard to say out loud. My style is relational and person-centered, with psychodynamic, CBT-informed, mindfulness, values-based, parts-informed, and somatic elements. We may explore your relationships, thoughts, emotions, body cues, coping patterns, and the ways you learned to protect yourself. My goal is to help you understand yourself with more honesty and care, not to force quick fixes or make you into someone else.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value therapy that is affirming, collaborative, and respectful of each person’s lived experience. I believe people make sense in context, including their relationships, culture, identities, nervous systems, and the environments they have had to adapt to. I care about creating space where LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent clients, and people with complex relationship or identity experiences do not have to over-explain the basics of who they are.
