My Background and Approach
Welcome to my page. Life can be hard and can feel overwhelming at times. Are you struggling with being overwhelmed trying to keep everything together? Or do you feel misunderstood or not heard by your partner? I provide a safe and accepting environment in which you can work through difficult issues, choices, and life events. Begin your path toward healing, change, and growth. Together, we will explore emotions and identify patterns of thinking and behaving that drive you. I have a strength-based therapy style and focus on the 5 areas of life: lifestyle, physical, spiritual, social, and mental/emotional. I am available on weekends and evenings.
