About My Clients

The women I work with are strong, even when they don’t always feel that way. Many are juggling the demands of relationships, motherhood, careers, or caregiving—while quietly battling anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and depression. Some of my clients come to therapy feeling lost in who they are, others are carrying wounds from the past that still shape how they show up in the present. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

My Background and Approach

Hi, I’m a therapist who understands that life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're constantly questioning yourself, feeling stuck, or carrying the weight of past experiences. As a 48-year-old married woman, I know firsthand how complex a woman’s journey can be—balancing roles, relationships, and expectations while trying to stay true to yourself. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it works. It helps us connect the dots between what you think, how you feel, and how you respond to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that are holding you back—like self-doubt, overthinking, or fear of failure—and gently work to shift them. My approach isn’t about judgment or quick fixes. It’s about creating a safe space where you can be real, gain insight, and build tools that actually help you feel more in control, confident, and calm. You don't have to navigate this alone—I'm here to help you reconnect with your strength and move forward with purpose.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Healing is possible for everyone. I believe that no matter your past or current struggles, you have the capacity to heal, grow, and create a fulfilling life. You are the expert of your own story. I see therapy as a partnership. My role is to walk beside you—not ahead of you—while offering tools, insight, and support that align with your values and goals. Our thoughts shape our reality. I believe in the power of challenging unhelpful beliefs, especially those rooted in trauma, fear, or shame. When we shift our thinking, we begin to shift our life. Women carry a unique emotional weight. I believe that societal pressures, caregiving roles, trauma, and expectations often place women in emotionally complex positions—and that honoring those realities is essential to effective therapy. Vulnerability is strength. I believe that showing up for yourself, even when it's hard, is one of the most courageous things you can do. Therapy should feel safe and empowering.
