I'm passionate about life transitions, disability, career counseling, marriage and family counseling, I am a certified prepare enrich facilitator, living with chronic conditions, and moms of children with disabilities. My ideal client is 14 to 99 who seeks a compassionate supportive therapist to collaboratively create positive life transitions while helping you live your most independent life.
My Background and Approach
My approach focuses on a warm and compassionate talk therapy. I can use a variety of CBT, dbt, talk therapy, career counseling, case management to help my client in the best way possible. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is therapeutic rapport.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm passionate about helping everyone including disability, bipoc, LGBTQIA, integrability. I believe that with the right therapeutic relationship all things are possible.
