In addition to have chronic pain I am also a HSP. It took me a long time to figure out "why" I am the way I am. Being sensitive to lights, sounds, touch, and smells has been a constant in my life. My goal will be to help you manage and discover more about what it's like to live in today's world as an HSP

As a chronic pain patient, I have the unique ability to understand how difficult chronic conditions are. I can help you with managing expectations and living a more positive life using a variety of therapeutic interventions.

As a mom of a Adhder I have lived experience of the Ins and outs of what it's like to manage and care for ADHD and other conditions. My masters degree focused on helping people with disabilities become independent, and I have experience working with ADHD, autism, bipolar, major depressive disorder, anxiety, down syndrome, chronic conditions and a variety of personality disorders.

I am certified prepare enrich facilitator and I can guide you through having better communication and a stronger foundation. I am LGBTQIA affirming so I accept all couples.

While CBT is one of the therapeutic approaches I use, it will be a tailored approach to each individual client.

Attachment theory is the very foundation of childhood and growing up. With an attachment lens, I can help the client navigate childhood and create connections to current self and current relationship styles.
