About My Clients
Are you the person everyone relies on, yet secretly feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or full of self-doubt? Or lying awake every night dreading the next day? You may be the accomplished professional, supermom, or superdad who appears to have it all together while struggling internally with anxiety, guilt, perfectionism, burnout, or feeling "not good enough." Many ambitious, high-achieving people eventually realize that their usual strategies are no longer working. You are not alone.
My Background and Approach
I founded Thrive Psychiatry Clinic to provide the kind of care I believe many people are searching for but often struggle to find: thoughtful, personalized, and collaborative care that looks beyond symptoms alone. My background includes training at MIT, Stanford School of Medicine, and experience in management consulting at McKinsey & Company. These experiences gave me firsthand insight into the unique pressures faced by high-achieving professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and caregivers. My approach is integrative and systems-based. Rather than simply assigning a diagnosis and prescribing medication, I seek to understand the whole person and the many factors that may be influencing mental health, including sleep, stress, trauma, lifestyle, relationships, physical health, and the nervous system. Treatment is highly individualized and may include medication, therapy, lifestyle interventions, nutritional / supplement recommendations, and coaching tailored to your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental health symptoms are not signs of weakness or personal failure. More often, they are meaningful signals that something in our lives, bodies, relationships, or environments needs attention. I also believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Every person brings a unique history, biology, set of strengths, and lived experience into the therapy room. You deserve care that honors your individuality rather than forcing you into a standardized treatment approach. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to listen deeply, offer guidance and expertise, and help you reconnect with your own strengths and values. Most importantly, I believe that people are capable of far more than simply surviving. With the right support, insight, and tools, it is possible to heal, grow, and truly thrive.
