I suffered from severe social anxiety, chronic blushing, depression, and C-PTSD for many years. I now specialize in helping my clients resolve these issues. I know how hopeless it can feel. I understand the horrible feeling of being overwhelmed, avoiding people, hating the attention, fearing social situations, and the feeling and frustration of failure. My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic, mindful, somatic and energy based. After working with many traditional talk therapists and trying numerous psychotherapeutic approaches, it was not until I trained in somatic-body-centered Gestalt Therapy (parts work/ILS) that I was able to resolve my own complex PTSD. I was able to resolve my own severe social anxiety and chronic blushing, and I have now helped many others do the same. My practice is full-time, in-person in Boulder, CO and also by video on-line. My approach is very relational and compassionate. My clients often comment how comfortable they are with me and how very understood they feel. This has been my life's work and I am very passionate about it. I love seeing people become free, confident and successful in their work and relationships.
