My approach to psychiatry is holistic, including therapy, lifestyle modifications, and medications when indicated. Everyone is unique, and my approach reflects that. In therapy, I focus on getting to know you on a deeper level, including your relationships, goals, and where you are feeling stuck in life. We can work together to think about how your experiences impact your mind, actions, and relationships today. I also work closely to collaborate with other important members of your treatment team such as therapists, primary care doctors, or specialists.
