About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, curious, and often stuck—in their heads, their relationships, or their bodies. Many are navigating anxiety, chronic stress, or mind-body symptoms that don’t add up on a medical chart. Others are grappling with sex: low desire, performance pressure, shame, or disconnection from pleasure. I work well with adults who are ready to explore what’s underneath, get honest, and build a new relationship with their emotions, their body, and their desire.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, and sexual challenges, including erectile dysfunction, low libido couples, and sexual trauma. I’ve trained extensively in DBT, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), sex therapy, and a wide range of mind-body approaches. My work focuses on the intersection of emotions, the nervous system, and physical symptoms. I combine honest conversation with practical tools. That means we won’t just explore your past—we’ll connect it to what’s happening in your body and relationships now. You’ll learn how to track emotions, understand your stress responses, and build new patterns that support real change. If you’re dealing with performance anxiety, low desire, shame, or emotional disconnection, I offer sex therapy that’s clear, evidence-based, and never judgmental. Clients often say they feel both understood and challenged—and that therapy with me actually helps them shift.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be honest, practical, and grounded in real-life experience. I don’t think people are broken—I think they’re adapting. When we understand why a pattern exists, we can start to change it. I’ve worked with billionaires and people living on Skid Row. I work with folks on both sides of the political aisle and pride myself on doing so. The issues I specialize in—anxiety, sexual struggles, trauma, and depression—cut across race, class, gender, and ideology. No lectures, no agendas—just real work that helps.
