About My Clients
Any client interested in change would be considered ideal. Sometimes motivation to change is difficult and I enjoy working with clients who may be experiencing ambivalence regarding change. If you are not sure about change, therapy is a great place to explore this ambivalence.
My Background and Approach
I have been licensed in the state of Florida since 2017 and have worked in most treatment settings including inpatient, outpatient and private practice. I have had the opportunity to work with most communities within my past practice. I firmly believe that the relationship between the client and therapist is the most importance aspect of therapy that helps promote the clients own growth and change in the therapeutic process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that most people know what they want to do but have difficulty due to certain barriers. I believe that my job is to help clients address these barriers that are keeping them from going where they want to go. We all need supportive and kind people in our lives. I truly believe that being supportive, accepting and kind are the foundations of a strong counseling relationship.
