About My Clients
My clients range in age from 19 to 67. I have many clients who are dealing with self-concept, societal sexism (men and women), motivation, ambition, depression, and OCD.
My Background and Approach
I have a master's in clinical counseling, a master's in human performance, and more than 25 years working in various levels of mental health: crisis assessment, PHP, IOP, inpatient, and outpatient. I like to combine a humanistic and psychodynamic approach but am primarily integrative (looking for the modality that suits the client).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is a privilege to be invited to share an individual's journey. Every time I meet a new client it is like reaching into a treasure chest of jewels and finding another valuable gem; each different and special.
