I'm a queer, biracial, therapist who practices decolonized, anti-racist therapy and radical authenticity. I love working with queer folks, trauma survivors, those with mood disorders, and kids who are struggling with anxiety, anger, and bullying.
My Background and Approach
Working with me means you will get a therapist who will be real with you 100% of the time, will cheer you on loudly and proudly, and will provide the tissues when the hard things happen. I strive to be the therapist my clients need in order to grow. I've been a therapist for 12 years, and still love being in the thick of emotional work with my clients. We talk about activism, systemic oppression, queerness, politics, as well as how cope and function. I use somatic approaches to help clients connect with their bodies and make the body a safe space again. We get into the weeds together and start pruning.

My therapeutic practice is rooted in liberation, decolonization, and anti-racism.
