Therapy offers one protected hour each week that's devoted entirely to you, a space where your experiences, your perspective, and your well-being take priority.
My Background and Approach
I completed my graduate training, clinical practicum, and specialist certificate in Los Angeles, California. I'm drawn to working with clients navigating complex, layered experiences, including: chronic stress & trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting demands, work related stress, anxiety, physical health, and ADHD. I take a comprehensive approach.
