About My Clients
My clients care deeply about their relationships but feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. They may be navigating differences in desire, intimacy, CNM, kink, communication, or a relationship that no longer feels like it once did. I work with individuals and partners who want to understand what’s beneath the conflict, have the conversations they’ve been avoiding, and build relationships that actually fit who they are.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in relationship and intimacy therapy, sexology, and specialized work with CNM, kink, BDSM, desire, and sexual connection. My approach goes beyond teaching communication skills. I help clients understand the patterns, emotions, needs, and experiences underneath what keeps happening in their relationships. My work is sex-positive, affirming, direct, and grounded in the belief that there is no single “right” way to build a healthy relationship. I have also completed clinical training in ketamine and psychedelic facilitation, which has expanded how I think about meaning, identity, emotional processing, and integration. I draw from relational, attachment-based, experiential, and trauma-informed approaches, adapting the work to the people in front of me rather than forcing clients into a predetermined model of what their relationship or intimate life should look like.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should make room for the complexity of real people and real relationships. There is no single right way to love, build relationships, experience desire, or pursue healing. My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, and supportive of consensual non-monogamy and diverse relationship structures. I value autonomy, curiosity, consent, and helping people make choices rooted in their own values rather than someone else’s expectations. That same curiosity informs my interest and clinical training in psychedelic and ketamine facilitation, particularly the ways these experiences can intersect with identity, meaning, connection, and personal growth. I believe good therapy can be warm and compassionate while still making room for difficult conversations. My role isn’t to define what your relationship, sexuality, or healing should look like, but to help you understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
