About My Clients
I meet with clients on a variety of concerns including career counseling, anger management, stress management, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, Autism, self-esteem, self-expression, and more.
My Background and Approach
I have served in the residential treatment environment, in private day school, public school as a special educator serving students the inclusion classroom as well as the self-contained classroom and the homebound environment. I have worked with adults, children, and adolescence (although currently I do not work with children in the virtual therapy space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all capable of change and growth when we have access to the right resources and information. I utilize the therapeutic environment to practice skills and reflect on relationship patterns.
