As a new mom we often feel we should feel happy and be a superwoman as we step into a whole new role. It's easy to lose our own identity and neglect self care. Sometimes we sink into a depressed state which feels confusing. Other times we can't stop worrying about our child and their health/safety.

I am a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC) and a substance abuse professional (SAP). I've dedicated my entire career to working with individuals who suffer with substance abuse issues. I address the underlying issues that often lead to addiction.
