About My Clients
I support teens and adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, self-criticism, or the weight of past trauma. I often work with people who give a lot to others, feel pressure to hold everything together, or are moving through major life changes. Together, we explore patterns with curiosity, build emotional resilience, and create sustainable shifts that support a more intentional, grounded life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in outpatient and intensive treatment settings, supporting teens and adults with anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I draw from CBT, DBT, strengths-based, and relational approaches to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. My background in group therapy, crisis response, and multidisciplinary collaboration allows me to offer both emotional insight and practical strategies. I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Whether you want to heal past wounds, improve communication, strengthen self-trust, or navigate a major transition, I’ll work with you to build tools, clarity, and confidence that support long-term well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m guided by the belief that people heal best in relationships rooted in trust, curiosity, and authenticity. I care deeply about equity, trauma-informed practice, and dismantling stigmas around mental health. I’m affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, women’s rights, neurodiversity, and the complexities of family, culture, and belonging. I value compassion, boundaries, and the courage it takes to do this work. My hope is to offer a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their inner world, challenge harmful narratives, and cultivate a life aligned with their values.
