About My Clients
I welcome those with traumatic stress (PTSD), who feel hopeless, worthless, have shame or self-blame, struggle with faith/spirituality, have chronic body pain, live in a state of fear, are physically or mentally drained, and those who lack trust or feel disconnected from others. It takes courage to take the first step toward healing and I offer warmth and support as you take that step.
My Background and Approach
I'm a trauma informed/trauma focused counselor using current trauma treatment models to alleviate symptoms. I also assist clients in learning coping and relationship skills to help bring peace and enhance relationships. I want to bring healing to those who suffer from the negative impact trauma has on their lives.
