About My Clients
My clients are often high-functioning individuals, couples, and teens who are used to being the “strong one” for everyone else while privately struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Many are professionals, first responders, military members, or people navigating major life changes who want a supportive, judgment-free space to better understand themselves, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My background includes working with individuals, couples, teens, military members, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders across a wide range of mental health and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, combining evidence-based therapies like CBT with trauma-informed care. I focus on creating a supportive space where clients feel comfortable being honest while building healthier coping skills, improving relationships, and creating lasting change.

I believe therapy should feel genuine, supportive, and free of judgment. Everyone deserves a space where they can be honest, feel heard, and work through challenges without feeling alone. I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and learning practical tools that help clients feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in their everyday lives.
