About My Clients
I enjoy working with pre-teens, teens, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, identity (in all forms), or religious trauma. Together we will identify coping strategies and build on your strengths to manage the stressors you face.
My Background and Approach
While my education is focused on dance and movement as a form of healing, I also rely on all types of expression including spoken and written word. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals and set a path to your optimal wellbeing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing and growth are possible at any age or stage of life. Counseling and supporting ones mental health is a pivotal part of growth and personal development. At Ellie Mental Health, we believe in being authentic in all ways and use humor to form genuine connections. Mental health concerns and stress don't discriminate and neither do we. I proudly support the LGBTQ+ community and strive to always be an ally in action.
