My Background and Approach
My approach combined Solution–Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you achieve your goals. With over 8 years of experience, I have talked boundary setting workshops and worked with clients for the past 6 years, addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, grief, depression, and codependency. During our sessions, will explore your strengths and areas of growth, identify what you want to accomplish, create a personalized treatment plan that respects your current needs. Together, we will focus on practical strategies and positive change to support your during to a more greater well-being and resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has everything they meet within themselves to grow and thrive. With some education and support, we can unlock our potential entrance for my logs.
