About My Clients
I realize that navigating through your adolescent years into early adulthood can be very challenging; especially when you are struggling with feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness, and having anxious thoughts. Social media, teen violence and bullying can also add an extra challenge. I want to remind you that it’s okay to have these feelings. Counseling is a safe place to help learn ways to navigate through difficult times.
