My Background and Approach
As a queer-identifying therapist, serving the LGBTQIA+ community for over 20 years, I believe in taking a strength-based approach. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where we can collaborate and work at your pace to reach the goals we set together. Taking a strength-based approach, I aim to create a space for you to process your feelings in a safe and supported environment. This often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and relief from feelings of distress. My goal is to help you be a happier, healthier you! Online counseling offers a great deal of flexibility, allowing you to be in a comfortable environment without traveling to an office. I also offer appointments on weekends and evenings to make sessions accessible.
