I specialize in treating survivors of Narcissistic abuse. Y ou will get clarity about your experience and how to protect yourself and rediscover the parts of you diminished by the abuse and reclaim your life. Develop skills to effectively navigate the narcissist. You will develop skills towards recovery athat is needed to heal and improve our overall quality life. We focus on giving survivors the tools and support that is needed to take their lives back and thrive!
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Masters Level Certified Addictions professional specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am also a Qualified Supervision for Mental Health Counseling Interns in the state of Florida. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor , adolescents, couples and any individual struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, domestic violence and abuse, LGBTQ+ related issues, low self esteem, trauma, anger management, women issues, sex addiction, codependency and relationship conflict, marital counseling, divorce counseling, emotional disturbances, and other life stressors. I use treatment modalities such as EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We will work together to rewrite the narratives read by your internal voice and reframe your thinking. I’ll assist you by giving you the tools and resources that are needed to strengthen your mindset
