I’m here to journey with you to tender territory, taking a gentle, warm, yet direct approach. As an IFS and Contemplative Psychotherapist, I use mindfulness to tune into and reflect back your brilliant sanity – an innate wisdom and wholeness that is already within. Maitri, or unconditional friendliness, towards your experience also informs my work. I take a non-pathologizing approach rooted in Internal Family Systems, genuinely believing that all parts of you are welcome. I value relationships above all else, especially the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. The work we do together will give you clarity that restores, heals, and helps you reconnect. I welcome all cultural backgrounds, genders, and identities.
