About My Clients
Parenthood, infertility or a major transition can leave you carrying worry, grief and pressure that other people do not fully see. You may be trying to care for everyone else while feeling unlike yourself. I work with children, teens and adults, with particular care for parents and people navigating fertility, pregnancy or postpartum concerns. Together we can make sense of what has changed and build steadier ways to cope.
My Background and Approach
My style is compassionate, collaborative and grounded. I draw from CBT, ERP, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic work. We may notice an anxiety cycle, examine how the past is shaping a present reaction or practice a concrete response to a difficult moment. I will meet you where you are and help us set goals that matter in your daily life. Therapy can offer both immediate tools and room to understand the deeper story, without rushing you toward an answer before you feel ready.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a parent, I understand that caring for a family can bring love, uncertainty, pressure and grief at the same time. I believe therapy should be a place where those mixed feelings can be spoken without shame. I value empathy, patience and solutions that make sense in the context of a real life. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, watching movies and exploring different neighborhoods. If you would like to begin, book your first session with me through my website.
