Sometimes we need help navigating life’s challenges and getting unstuck to become the best versions of ourselves. My Background and Approach
With a 22-year career devoted to therapy and life coaching, my role is to meet you where you are and help you build a more intentional, grounded, and fulfilling life. I offer a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental space, often with a touch of humor when invited. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build insight, and reconnect with your strengths. I use an integrative approach, including CBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness, to help you better understand yourself and develop tools for lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens within us, but it shapes everything around us. I am deeply committed to culturally responsive care and creating spaces where clients, particularly those from marginalized or underrepresented communities, feel genuinely seen, not just treated. I value honesty, self-awareness, and the courage it takes to do real inner work. My practice is affirming of diverse identities including race, sexuality, and cultural background. I believe therapy works best when it honors the whole person, their history, their strengths, and where they want to go.
