About My Clients
I work primarily with individuals and couples who identify within the BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ communities. I also work with individuals who have experienced some level of trauma, disappointment, inequality, and ongoing struggles to fit in or cope with societies expectations of how things “should be”. I am trained in EMDR and I do use it as my go-to approach. I am actively working towards on a certification for individuals experiencing ADHD and executive functioning issues as well.

By embracing my own identity & experiences, I provide a safe & affirming space for individuals from marginalized communities struggling with their mental health. My understanding of the intersectionality of identities, such as race, gender, sexuality, & disability, allows me to offer a holistic approach. In my work as a queer intersectional therapist, I try to always promote inclusivity, acceptance, & empowerment. I offer support & guidance to help folks navigate the challenges they face & develop resilience. While fostering self-acceptance & self-love, I teach clients how to develop acceptance, embrace their identities, & learn to live authentically. Drawing upon my intersectional perspective & lived experiences, I offer a holistic approach to therapy that addresses the multifaceted aspects of your life. I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and validated, and I am here to support you in navigating the complexities of your mental health and personal growth.
