I believe in utilizing a strength based collaborative approach to help each person develop a solution that best fits their individualized need. With this theoretical approach I focus on identifying personal concerns, increasing insight, improving skill building and making meaningful life changes. I specialize in utilizing evidence based techniques to provide treatment for childhood trauma, anxiety, school related concerns, work related issues, grief/loss, parent child relationships concerns, self esteem, caregiver stress, and PTSD.
