As a woman of color, I understand that there are issues we face in our day-to-day lives. I have worked with many women of color, and understand the struggles women of color face everyday.
I understand firsthand the toll depression can take on ourselves and our loved ones. I have worked with many clients facing issues of depression and it is one of the reasons why I became a therapist.
Anxiety can be debilitating at times, and I understand the challenges it can present. I have worked with numerous clients facing anxiety issues and can understand on a personal level how difficult it can be.
I accept you as you are without judgement. We are all beautiful individuals who need acceptance and a space to feel seen, heard, and understood.
CBT is an evidence-based therapy that has shown efficacy in treating numerous disorders and conditions. I practice CBT in order to change the client’s perspective.
