About My Clients
I work best with tweens, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, misunderstood, pressured to meet expectations, or unsure of how to manage their emotions in healthy ways. I also enjoy supporting clients who are struggling with school stress, social challenges, identity development, boundaries, communication, and balancing the demands of everyday life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and school counselor with over 8 years of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults through anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My background in both schools and private practice allows me to understand the academic, social, and emotional pressures many clients face. I specialize in helping tweens and teens build confidence, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and better understand their emotions in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I also enjoy working with young adults navigating identity, boundaries, stress, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients feel seen, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for lasting growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I believe healing begins in spaces where people feel safe, accepted, and genuinely understood. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive environment where clients can show up authentically without fear of judgment. Much of my work centers around helping tweens, teens, and young adults navigate anxiety, relationships, identity, self-esteem, school stress, and life transitions while building healthier coping skills and emotional awareness. I value empathy, authenticity, and open conversations around mental health, especially within communities where mental health has often been stigmatized. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, trying new restaurants, and creating content focused on personal growth and self-reflection. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and reminded that they do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
