About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware individuals who feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift, like anxiety, people-pleasing, inner criticism, or emotional overwhelm. Many have tried to make changes on their own but sense there’s something deeper that needs healing. They're ready to explore their inner world with curiosity, and they want more than symptom relief, they want lasting change, greater self-understanding, and a sense of peace within.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and draw from a variety of therapeutic models including Client Centered and attachment based approaches. I aim to help you find your strengths in moments of hopelessness and use the skills you may not know you have. I believe in showing up for you with integrity and authenticity and use honesty, laughter, curiosity, and gentle directness to help guide you toward the life you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have experience working with adults and teenagers. It was while working with teens that I learned even the most skeptical clients can be surprised by the benefits they receive from therapy. I find many people enjoy the opportunity to speak without any fear of judgement. I will create a safe space for you to vent, complain, celebrate successes, laugh about the unfair absurdities of life or, if you choose, go deeper and explore your inner world.
