About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have over ten years of clinical experience providing comprehensive and holistic mental health and substance use treatment for diverse client populations. I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, a healthcare technology startup, schools, as well as community mental health and substance use programs. The qualities I embody and bring to my practice are compassion, connection, and curiosity. With a balance of listening and guiding, I take a collaborative and relational approach to therapy, where I am able to be attuned to clients’ individualized needs. It is my belief that when people feel heard and validated, without judgment, they will feel safe to explore past wounds and unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that might be holding them back from living a fulfilling life. You can expect to develop self-awareness, insight, and strategies to help you cope with challenging situations and feel more at peace with yourself and in your relationships.
