About My Clients
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, you're not alone. I work with adults seeking a safe, supportive space to heal, build healthier coping skills, and reconnect with themselves. I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. Together, we'll work toward meaningful growth, resilience, and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, by tailoring therapy to their unique strengths and needs. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and draws from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and empowered to create a life that aligns with your values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are without fear of judgment. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I value authenticity, compassion, cultural humility, and collaboration, recognizing that each person's story is unique. I strive to provide an inclusive, affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, cultures, and lived experiences. I am committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection so I can continue to provide thoughtful, culturally responsive care. Outside of therapy, I value creativity, mindfulness, and spending time in nature. I believe healing doesn't always happen within the therapy room. It can also be found through meaningful connections, self-care, creativity, and moments of rest. My hope is to help you build a life that feels balanced, authentic, and aligned with your values.
