I have experience in working with trauma, depression, self-esteem, teenagers, empowerment, anxiety, anger management, behavioral challenges for children ages 3 and older, parenting skills, life transitions, and other obstacles that life have tendencies of throwing at us. I currently use various treatment strategies to meet my client's needs. I have a strong passion for assisting those who are placed in tense situations by helping them establish goals to overcome their challenges.
