About My Clients
With a background in providing counseling services to high school students in a school-based setting, I bring a solid foundation in working with adolescents. Through this experience, I have developed a better understanding of the social, emotional, and developmental pressures that individuals face, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, peer relationships, and family dynamics.
My Background and Approach
I offer a steady, collaborative space rooted in curiosity and empathy, and grounded in psychodynamic and attachment based work. I understand that life can present unexpected and disruptive challenges that can feel overwhelming or difficult to handle. Moments when anxiety feels paralyzing, transitions feel disorienting, or long-standing coping patterns suddenly no longer seem to work. And it can be overwhelming to carry these experiences alone. This is why I believe in deep, long-lasting psychodynamic work with my clients. Work where the goal is not a quick bandaid solution, but an invitation for clients to explore one's unconscious.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through the therapeutic relationship, I hope to offer a space where two minds can come together with gentle curiosity and empathy. I believe meaningful insight and healing often emerge through this shared exploration, where patterns are gently uncovered, new perspectives take shape, and growth is found in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
