I specialize in working with relationships: Relationships with yourself, with your partner, and with others in your life. I absolutely love working with young adults and women! I have several years of experience working with couples and individuals. Though I work with people on a variety of concerns, the areas that I typically focus on in therapy are adapting to change, nurturing relationships, and empowering women.
