About My Clients
I often have clients come see me who are struggling with problems in their relationships, with depression and anxiety, and feeling like they belong anywhere. Perhaps they've had a traumatic experience or feel stuck in a pattern of difficult experiences in their personal life or relationship. I love coming alongside others to navigate issues such as connecting better with others, avoiding conflict, or managinging emotions and behaviors that they can't seem to control.
My Background and Approach
I have 5 years of experience working as a therapist. I work with children and individuals 6 and up, couples, and families. I'm trained in TF-CBT, EMDR, and NET. I take a psychodynamic approach and incorporate my trauma training, CBT, relational theories, and mindfulness into my practice.
